CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act)

The law passed by congress provides relief to SMALL BUSINESS in a couple of areas that require your IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.

1. Employers can apply for a FORGIVABLE LOAN to pay employees. Please contact your Banker TODAY.
2. There will be further regulations defined. Self-employed may also be eligible.              
3. Individuals may withdrawal up to $100-K out of IRA or 401-K during 2020 and pay the tax back over three years with no penalty.
